EU decision on ICE-NYSE deal is expected before July

Antitrust regulators in Europe are set to decide by late June whether to approve IntercontinentalExchange's takeover offer for NYSE Euronext. The $8.2 billion deal would give ICE control of Liffe, one of the biggest derivatives markets in Europe. Antitrust lawyers say ICE might have to sell assets to address competition concerns.
