Lew tells senators to ease up until Dodd-Frank kicks in

Treasury Secretary Jack Lew says proposals addressing banks that are "too big to fail" should be delayed until after the Dodd-Frank Act is completely implemented. Speaking before the Senate banking committee, Lew said senators can later take stock of whether more action is needed after the law is fully in place.
