New Jersey's Gold Coast HOAs may get government relief

Homeowners along New Jersey's Gold Coast may get some relief for rebuilding a public walkway that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. Although the owners are usually responsible for such walkways' upkeep, Senate members want to make them eligible for state and federal funds after the storm caused more than $700,000 in damage.
