Nike, JetBlue top list of most responsive brands on Twitter

Nike did the best job of responding to consumers on Twitter in the first quarter, according to a survey from Socialbakers, including a 79.5% rate of response in an average time of 140 minutes. In second place was JetBlue Airways followed by Chase Support. The survey found that overall response times have shortened on Twitter while Facebook response times have lengthened due to volume.
