NRA Show fills Chicago with 4 days of flavor

The National Restaurant Association expects crowds at this year's NRA Show to beat last year's 61,000, with international visitors sampling new flavors, talking trends and checking out what's new from foodservice vendors gathered in Chicago for the four-day event. More than 2,000 companies took part in the trade show, including nine sneeze-guard companies and 33 iced tea sellers, writes Chicago food critic Phil Vettel.
