Nut-infused butter can give soft-shell crab a fresh twist

Soft-shell crab season is here, and while traditional preparations include pan-fried, covered in Old Bay seasoning or dipped in Tabasco, David Tanis suggests frying up a fresh crab using a nut-infused butter. Start by searing the soft-shell crab with butter, salt and pepper and finish with lemon, spices and toasted almonds, Tanis writes.
