Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR rose for U.S. hotels in April

During the month of April, hotel occupancy in the U.S. increased 3.5% to 63.8%, the average daily rate was at $110.02 (up 3.8%) and revenue per room was up 7.5% to $70.24, according to STR data. The San Francisco-San Mateo; Atlanta; Oahu Island, Hawaii; and Minneapolis-St. Paul markets had RevPAR increases above 15%.
