Plans unveiled for $1.2B mixed-used project in Wash. state

Kemper Development could break ground on a $1.2 billion expansion of a dining and retail complex in Bellevue, Wash., next year. The project would include residential, office, retail, dining and hotel space equal to 2 million square feet. However, financing and anchor tenants need to be secured, as does regulatory approval for the project.
