Popular Chinese hot pot chain makes westward moves

Chinese hot pot concept Hai Di Lao has grown into a popular 75-unit chain known as much for the entertainment as for the food. The chain, which features Internet terminals, games and shoe shines in the waiting area and servers trained in the brand's signature "noodle dance," will open its first US restaurant near Los Angeles later this year.
