Reid delays Cordray vote until July

Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., said he will schedule a vote on confirming Richard Cordray as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in July, not this week as he previously suggested. Reid is considering a move to reduce or eliminate the filibuster for nominations. "July is the best time to have this debate over rules and nominees," a Democratic aide said. "After immigration, and before the budget battles."
