School culture is part of winning formula for NYC academy

While working to prepare students for the high-tech jobs of the future, the principal of the Academy for Software Engineering -- the first high school in New York City devoted to computer science -- says he's also been working to develop the school culture. Among other things, Seung Yu says he distributed Student of the Month awards based on academics and character in order to help build a positive school environment.
