Seattle's Best Coffee is mounting a comeback after 400 units were shuttered with the 2011 closing of Borders bookstores. The coffee chain opened 10 locations in Dallas on Monday, utilizing a drive-through format that is meant to compete with other chains such as Dunkin' Donuts and to help the company transition into southern and eastern U.S. markets.
