Tenn. 9-1-1 staff shows kids how to use cellphones for help

About 85% of calls coming into Knox County Emergency 9-1-1 in Knoxville, Tenn., are from cellphones, so department staff go into the community to teach children how to call 9-1-1 correctly using a mobile device. Supervisor Tonya Cum says parents need to show children how to access 9-1-1 on their particular phone.
