What one entrepreneur learned from an outsourcing headache

While building his business, entrepreneur John Fearon initially outsourced development to India and later had a developer team based in Argentina. He discovered that having multiple teams in different countries caused problems. Teams need to have clear goals and that people who work in the same functional area should be based in the same location, Fearon writes.
