Cheesecake Factory shows off its baked goods on new screens

The Cheesecake Factory is adding digital signage from BrightSign at 175 of its restaurants. The system features three large screens behind the bakery case that show loops of more than 60 items from the company's extensive menu, and after hours the screens show training videos that are scheduled by human resources executives at the chain's headquarters.
