European Approach To School Violence Focuses On Root Causes

European schools reportedly tend to search for the root cause of violent outbreaks by implementing measures that improve communication between students and teachers. Germany, the site of the deadliest school shooting ever in Europe, is not likely to adopt such U.S. style prevention measures as placing metal detectors in schools, a report says.
