Indian court to hear Monsanto appeal on cotton seed prices

India's Supreme Court agreed to hear a petition from Monsanto in the company's dispute with the government over the price it charges for Bt cotton seeds. The Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practice Commission earlier issued an order for Monsanto to lower its prices, to bring them in line with prices charged in China, but the company appealed the order on several grounds.
