SEC to vote on changes to Sarbanes-Oxley

While businesses continue to complain about an accounting provision in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Securities and Exchange Commission is set to finalize changes to the controversial law. Commissioners will vote on Wednesday to ease some of the requirements that businesses have criticized as being too time-consuming and costly.
