$40M mixed-use project gets go-ahead in Illinois

A board in Mt. Prospect Village, Ill., has voted to approve a $40 million mixed-use residential and commercial development in that city. The project calls for two five-story buildings and a seven-story building in a central plaza, and it is considered the final piece of redevelopment in the city's downtown.
