Google, which is being considered as a possible supplier of search ads for Web portal Yahoo!, is deflecting concerns that such a deal would raise antitrust concerns. Addressing the issue earlier this month, Google CEO Eric Schmidt said, ""We would anticipate structuring a deal to address antitrust concerns." However, some experts say regulators are likely to consider how such a deal would alter the competitive landscape of the search engine industry, already dominated by Google.
