Dooley: Congress needs to reauthorize chemical-security standards

It is essential that Congress reauthorizes the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards that regulate security at chemical-storage facilities around the country, writes Cal Dooley, president and CEO of the American Chemistry Council, in a letter to The Hill. Without reauthorization, the Department of Homeland Security will not have the time or resources to keep such facilities safe, he writes.
