Ohio's new vicious dog law removes pit bull categorization

On Tuesday, Ohio's new dog law took effect, to the delight of pit bull owners. The old law deemed all pit bulls inherently dangerous, but the new law creates three categories for dogs with behavioral problems -- vicious, dangerous and nuisance -- and defines parameters for each category.
