Bill authorizing Keystone XL project passes House

A bill that would approve construction of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline cleared the House of Representatives in a 241-175 vote. "This bill cuts through red tape," said Rep. Jeff Denham, R-Calif. "What this boils down to is breaking through bureaucratic hurdles and making this project a priority."
