Bold flavors, healthy options highlight National Restaurant Show

Exotic, strong flavors had a large presence at this year's National Restaurant Show, where food service operators and chefs come to find out the next big trend in dining. Also in the spotlight were healthy options for kids meals, ways to use Greek yogurt in everything from appetizers to desserts, and superfoods such as pomegranate and açaí.
