Getting enough sleep is important for exercise, experts say

Insufficient sleep can hamper a workout by reducing performance and pain thresholds and raising the risk of injury, experts said. A poll by the National Sleep Foundation showed exercise at any time of day is good for sleep and vigorous exercise is the best.
