IBM's Watson Engagement Advisor aims to improve customer service

IBM has introduced Watson Engagement Advisor, customer-service software based on its supercomputer program that won on the "Jeopardy!" game show. Engagement Advisor can field customers' questions, offer advice to fix problems and provide suggestions to reduce consumers' displeasure with call centers, IBM says.
