The Hillsborough County, Fla., Student Nutrition Services Department hosted 200 students from 15 schools for the fourth annual Fresh Flavors food-tasting event. Students sampled 25 new dishes -- some of which could be included on school menus in the future. Feedback in past years resulted in school nutrition professionals adding more spicy foods and serving yogurt dip with raw veggies.
