U.S. military gets a culinary makeover

The U.S. military is changing its culinary reputation from mess hall slop to gourmet meals including roast lamb and croissants. "We play a huge role in the morale of the force," said Derrick Davenport, senior chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy and culinary specialist. "If they have a good meal, they’re going to perform their jobs better."
