Contracts for summer jobs have specific needs

Contracts for summer workers should be as specific as possible about length of employment, pay and whether workers will count as employees or independent contractors, Brett Snider writes. Snider suggests including a nondisclosure clause to protect sensitive information, and stipulating that workers will have to agree to arbitration or mediation if a dispute arises.
