Google may sell discounted Wi-Fi gear to businesses

Google is expected to provide software and equipment to small and midsize businesses at discounted rates that would enable them to erect Wi-Fi networks, according to The Information, a Web-based publication. Google will reportedly focus on businesses such as restaurants, gyms and doctors' offices. Also, Google published a blog posting on Wednesday saying that its gigabit Google Fiber service has no "deals to prioritize (some content companies') video 'packets' over others or otherwise discriminate among Internet traffic."
