China Announces Changes To Tariff Plans

Earlier this week, China said it would impose new tariffs of 7% to 26% on steel imports expected to take effect tomorrow. Other Asian countries reportedly are upset with the plan to target nine types of steel products. The country also threatened to hold off on duty reductions for other U.S. imports, including soybean oil and paper products.
