GOP still stuck in Web 1.0

The on-message, top-down style of the Republican party might be a key reason why the GOP is lagging behind Democrats in the open-access world of the Web in terms of traffic to candidate Web sites, views on sites such as YouTube and MySpace -- and perhaps most importantly -- Net fundraising.
