Morehouse still no haven for gay students

Although Atlanta's Morehouse College, the the only historically black all-male school in the U.S., is beginning to make some progress in improve its notoriously homophobic atmosphere, much work needs to be done before its gay students will feel comfortable being out on campus, according to this article. "Morehouse is like this enclave where Stonewall never happened," said out senior Michael Brewer. "It just doesn't exist in this realm of reality."
