White House picks leaders for spill commission

The federal government has reportedly appointed former Sen. Bob Graham and former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator William Reilly to head a presidential commission probing the Gulf of Mexico oil spill. Investigations will include offshore-drilling safety, the causes of the spill and the role of the agencies that monitor drilling.
