Analysis: European leaders are sleepwalking through crisis

European leaders urgently need to handle a long list of problems, but, worn down by one crisis after another, prime ministers, presidents and chancellors are sleepwalking, according to The Economist. "For everyone's sake, Europe's leaders must shake themselves out of their lethargy," the magazine says. "They must grasp that if they do not act, the euro zone faces stagnation or break-up -- possibly both."
