Barry Callebaut names Chocolatier of the Year

Jerome Jacob, assistant pastry chef at the Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, was named 2013 Chocolatier of the Year after winning Barry Callebaut's third annual L’Art du Chocolatier challenge. Contestants had to create showpieces, tablets and desserts that fit this year's contest theme of "Africa."
