CDC report finds continued decline of teen births in 2011

The teen birth rate in the U.S. declined 25% over five years to another record low of 31.3 births for every 1,000 women aged 15 to 19 in 2011, CDC researchers reported on Thursday. Between 2007 and 2011, the number of teens who gave birth dropped at least 15% in nearly all states, except for North Dakota and West Virginia.
