Dessert flavors become adventurous

Robert Whittle, U.K. general manager for pastry specialist Pidy, sees a trend toward more adventurous, fusion dessert flavors. "For desserts, the demand to come up with interesting flavors is just coming through," he said. "It's not mainstream yet."
