McDonald's CEO fends off consumer group's jabs at shareholders' meeting

McDonald's CEO Don Thompson was confronted by critics from the Corporate Accountability International advocacy group at a shareholders' meeting, but he resoundingly rejected the idea that the chain targets children with "predatory marketing" and undermines children's health. "The way you describe us is not who we are," Thompson said.
