N.D. regional airport faces shortfall for master plan

Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport in North Dakota hosted an open house this week to unveil updates to its master plan. The plan includes $142 million in capital improvements to the airport, but the airport faces a $42 million shortfall in its budget for the master plan.
