Study: Aerobics plus resistance training works best for diabetes

Type 2 diabetes patients who combined aerobic exercise with resistance training were more than twice as likely to attain lower HbA1C rates and were less likely to require diabetes drugs at nine months compared with their sedentary counterparts, a study in Diabetes Care found.
