Volcker: U.S. has too many regulatory cooks in the kitchen

The U.S. now has so many regulators that it won't be able to get anything done, former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker says. Volcker cited the Dodd-Frank provision named for him, pointing out that three years after the act was passed, regulators still haven't decided how to implement the Volcker rule. "This really is a disaster," he said.
