Report: Congress has little confidence in FAA drone oversight

Lawmakers are giving the Federal Aviation Administration a vote of no confidence when it comes to its ability to oversee commercial airspace drones -- or meet deadlines for writing unmanned aerial system rules. The House of Representatives Appropriations Committee has released a report warning that lawmakers are "concerned that the FAA may not be well positioned to manage effectively the introduction of UAS in the United States."
