Study: Eating fruit helps with childhood stomach aches

A study by the Baylor College of Medicine found children who eat up to two servings of fruit weekly are less likely to experience recurrent abdominal pain than those eating no fruit. The study also indicated children who ate daily at quick-service restaurants experienced more frequent episodes of pain than those who dined at quick-service restaurants only once per week.
