Companies can now put own stamp on mailings

Hewlett-Packard is the first company to use branded stamps under a new program being tested by the U.S. Postal Service. The move, which was made possible by a change in law to allow commercial images on stamps, is intended as a way to reverse the decline in first-class mailings.
