Calif. nutritionist calls for less junk, more SOUL food

Vallejo Heights, Calif., nutrition consultant Leyla Bilge is on a mission to encourage people to give up junk food and fill up on SOUL food: things that are Sustainable, Organic, Unprocessed and Local. She would like to begin a local market featuring organic food, with an adjacent community garden, as well as create healthy eating programs for senior centers and nursing homes.
