ConAgra sees sweet potato potential

ConAgra is turning its attention to sweet potatoes, and is working with scientists to tweak the shape and other characteristics in hopes of expanding the market. The company is opening a Louisiana factory dedicated to sweet potato production, which will make french fries, waffle fries and other products.
