Disney kicks off the annual international upfront

Disney Media Networks, the international TV-distribution unit at Disney, presented 10 new and nine returning series to foreign show buyers to kick off the annual international upfront. The weeklong event follows hard on the heels of the U.S.-focused TV upfront, in which cable and broadcast networks introduced their new shows to advertisers.
