IE loses share as enterprises move to Windows 7, Chrome and Firefox

As enterprises move forward with desktop refreshes, they're also likely to incorporate some new productivity tools and new browser applications, which isn't such great news for Windows and its Internet Explorer. While IE is used by 72.5% of the corporate marketplace, it lost 5% as enterprises moved from XP to Windows 7, Forrester Research says. Firefox use increased by 3% to 20% and Chrome jumped 4.6% to 6.9%.
