Survey: N.C. teachers pleased with their involvement in school decisions

Teachers in North Carolina are feeling positively about their role in making decisions for their schools, a survey of teachers and administrators working in the state showed. Educators are concerned, however, about added paperwork and larger class sizes brought on by state budget cuts, the survey showed, and those were areas where teacher satisfaction declined from the previous survey.
